Thank

might
ask what is the significance of a
brokerage trade
name? For me personally, I wanted a trade name that
people could easily and quickly identify with; a name
that would clearly associate our brokerage with the
Southern Maryland area, the quality of life we live and
the unique culture we share; and a name that
would promote us professionally and geographically
without requiring the necessity for a discussion or
explanation. I believe I accomplished all these things
when I selected Southern Maryland Commercial.
Since the
inception of our brokerage we have emerged from a
startup company to become a fully functional commercial
real estate firm providing comprehensive commercial
brokerage services in the Southern Maryland area. One
thing that sets
us apart from others is the way we
uniquely collect and analyze Southern Maryland
commercial market data in order to educate buyers,
sellers and business owners on purchasing, owning,
selling and leasing commercial real estate in Southern
Maryland. I take pride that we are not a passive
brokerage as we thoroughly understand that real estate
moves best when brokers and associates are proactive in
the marketplace driving critical initiatives behind the
things that make property leasing and sales happen.
As
Southern Maryland Commercial develops, grows and matures
in the marketplace my hope is that we will quickly
become a good, reliable and valuable source of
